Standard Diagnostic fee is only $49.00 for Laptop, Desktop, and other devices for customers living in North East Florida e.g. Duval, Clay, Saint Johns, and Nassau County. Apple iOS devices are excluded from diagnostic fee.
Diagnostic Fees waived for all addresses and customers living outside North East Florida due to those clients paying to ship the device to our facility.
All Diagnostic Fees are applied to final cost of repairs.
If Client declines to get a repair they will need to come to Repair Shop for pick up or pay for shipping back to them.
If Client declines repair they will need to come to Repair Shop to pick up unrepaired device.
