Schedule a service using our online calendar


To schedule repair or a consultation with a technician, please provide the following info: Full name, phone number, and email address.  In the "Comments" section, describe the nature of the service needed, including the device or devices affiliated with the request, and any applicable PROMO CODES.

  • No Charge  Shipping available for Device Repairs.
  • Excludes devices NOT repaired.
  • Overnight shipping for Florida and Georgia customers Only!  All other states are discounted so contact us for specific pricing.
  • Standard Diagnostic fee is only $69.00 for Laptop, Desktop, and other devices for customers living in North East Florida e.g.  Duval, Clay, Saint Johns, and Nassau County.  Apple iOS devices are excluded from diagnostic fee.
  • Diagnostic Fees waived for all addresses and customers living outside North East Florida due to those clients paying to ship the device to our facility.
  • All Diagnostic Fees are applied to final cost of repairs. 
  • If Client declines repair they will need to come to Repair Shop to pick up un-repaired device.
